PLANTS TYPE MCC PURPOSE OF THE PLANT MCC The purpose of the plant is to produce concrete stabilisation, to be used as road foundation and others building works. CHARACTERISTIC OF PLANT The main characteristic is the possibility to use the same machine for two different productions: cement and concrete, through a mechanical reversible system and a computerized control system that reverse the production system in compliance with the mix to be used (cement or concrete). DESCRIPTION AND PRODUCTION CYCLE FOR CEMENT Working cycle as follows: a) feeders group (1) proportions the aggregates quantity referring to the chosen mixtureb) a belt (2) collects the materials and transports them to a weighing belt (3) and then into the mixer (4). Above this mixer is placed a batcher silo (5), a screw (6) fills continually this silo with cement coming from storage silo (7) c) Silo weighs cement with load cells d) After cement a variable capacity pump (9) sprays water e) Now the mix aggregates + water advance through the continuos mixer, at the end the hopper (10) collects the finished products, which is then discharged into a truck-mixer or in a truck. The whole cycie is controlled by a control board in the cabin (11). DESCRIPTION AND PRODUCTION CYCLE FOR CONCRETE (discontinuous) a) Feeders group (1) proportions the aggregates quantity referring to the present mixture, to load a truck mixerb) A belt (2) collects the materials and transports them to a weighing belt (3) and then discharged into the truck.mixer directly with a deviator (12) placed at end-side of weighing belt. c) The batcher silo (5), used as balance, is filled with cement according to the concrete to produce d) Then the cement is discharged by means of a suitable screw at the same time of aggregates discharge e) The variable capacity pump sprays the water. After this cycle the screw (6) refills the cement silo and the plant is ready for a new cycle. The whole cycle is controlled by a control board in the cabin (11). |
PLANTS TYPE MCCF
This plant arises from the long-term experience of Bernardi Impianti International Spa in the field of the equipment for the production of mixing cement, to which it has been put in the technology of the emulsion dosage.
The equipment meets growing environmental requirement to recover the RAP originated from the scarifying that cannot be completely recovered by the technique of hot reusing. This exigency represents even an economic opportunity for the professionals in the field who can finally recover a resource accumulated during years, In fact, today with the technical development of the bituminous emulsions it is possible to obtain cold conglomerate, 100% from recycled, with such characteristics to be compared, for certain applications, to the product obtained with the hot technique. To obtain elevated characteristics of the produced concrete it is necessary to prepare the RAP in the suitable hammer mill, obtaining a size from one to three selections.
